Multi-layer SMC Barrier Film

TianFilm™ PA23 is a 23µ thick, multi-layer film developed for use in the production of Sheet Moulding Compounds (SMC). The film contains 2 layers of polyamide in the PE/PA/PE/PA/PE structure which reduces the tendency to curl and optimises the barrier to styrene monomer.

 

TianFilm™ is produced on a state-of-the-art blown coextrusion line capable of producing rolls with excellent uniformity. Widths from 700 mm to 1,650 mm are available with roll weights up to 250 Kg.
