Powder-bound Mats
E-glass, nonwoven structures available in weights ranging from 100-600gsm consisting of non-aligned glass fibers, sliced from a spinning cake. The glass fibers have been chemically bonded by an polyester-based powder binder which has excellent solubility in styrene.
Powder-bound mat is suitable for processing with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and polyurethane resins for use in continuous lamination processes .
