Formed in 1998 Composite Reinforcements has rapidly grown to become a leading supplier of reinforcements to the composites industry. The company has over 10 years of distribution experience, and a knowledgeable and accessible management team – experts in the use of reinforcements in composites.

Milestones

  • 1999 Year of incorporation. Started trading from an Office in Bristol. Established Northern Warehouse.
  • 2002 Passed 5000tpa in glassfibre sales.
  • 2005 Head Office in Farnborough opened. Established new Midlands Warehouse and far eastern supplies of materials.
  • 2007 European Distribution Centre at Nazreth in Belgium opened.

 

Our business is built on 2 main areas of activity:

 

1. Specialist distribution of raw materials to the composites industry.
We supply glass fibre, rovings, fabrics and chopped strand mat, as well as a wide range of other materials including additives, reinforcing fillers and release films.

 

2. Global procurement solutions for strategic customers.
We also provide single sourcing solutions for customers looking to obtain high quality, composites raw materials from anywhere in the world.

Fast, Flexible Service

We are a flexible, service-orientated company operating from a head office in Farnborough, Hampshire (south-west of London) and 3 strategically placed distribution centres: Europe (Belgium) and UK - Midlands (M5/M6 interchange) and the North (M1/M62).

 

Our aim is to build strong, long term partnerships with both Customers and Principals by providing the best service possible in terms of deliveries, availability of material, and technical assistance.
